These Terms govern use of VERIQAY. By registering or using the product you agree to them and to the Privacy notice.
The service
VERIQAY prepares source-backed payment-readiness evidence for a named human to decide. It never moves, holds or initiates money. Eligibility is not an instruction to pay.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of confirmations and decisions your users record, for lawful use of documents you upload, and for keeping credentials secure. Document content is untrusted data and is never treated as an instruction to the system.
Access and feedback
Access is free indefinitely for now. We may ask short weekly product-feedback questions for the first twelve weeks; answering is optional for continued use of the product, and the panel never gives advice about invoices, checks or payments.
Data and subprocessors
Processing is described in the Privacy notice, including Clerk, Cloudinary (UK/EU), Gemini, and DigitalOcean. First-party usage and feedback analytics stay in our Postgres database.
