Decision
Review neededA named person still has to decide, and say why.
VERIQAY prepares evidence for a human decision. It never moves, holds, or initiates money.
- Keep your bank and payment provider
- No wallet, no escrow, no FX
- Take a decision record with you when you pay
The problem
The commercial truth is scattered.
The order lives in one inbox. The invoice arrives as a PDF. A note sits in chat. A reminder lives in a calendar. Before anyone releases a payment, someone rebuilds the story by hand.

One purchasing control workspace
The papers, the open questions, and the decision for one order — without moving money.
How it works
Three steps. One named decision.
Bring the papers in. See what does not agree. A person on your team records the call.

Sample order journey — one case, from the papers to a named decision.
Step 01
Bring the papers in
Bring the order, the invoice, and the other papers onto one case. Originals stay private. A new file is a new version, never an overwrite.

- Original kept
- Versioned
Step 02
See what does not agree
Quantities, prices, and totals are compared as written. A mismatch stays on screen. Nothing is settled by a guess.
app.veriqay.comSample
- Disagreements stay visible
- Same papers, same result
Step 03
A named person decides
Someone on your team records the decision and the reason. The record travels with your payment instruction — VERIQAY never sends the money.

- Named reviewer
- A reason on the record

What you get
Calm control. Nothing hidden. Nothing invented.
A workspace that keeps the supplier papers honest — so a person can decide with the facts in view.
One place for the papers
The order, the invoice, and the other papers on the same case, instead of a trail of folders and threads.
Values stay tied to their page
Each figure you review points back to where it was read. Nothing appears from nowhere.
Unknown stays unknown
Missing stays missing. Disagreement stays visible. A gap is never filled with a plausible number.
A named person decides
Eligibility is not an instruction to pay. The record says who decided, when, and why.
Worked example
The 10,000-bottle order.
A fictional order for 10,000 bottles at £40,000 — the kind of case a shop, wholesaler, or importer might review. A 30% deposit, then 70% after inspection. The deposit is recorded as paid and the supplier invoices the £28,000 balance. An inspection paper reports 9,750 units; that count is only what that paper says.
What the papers say
- bottles on the order
- 10,000
- order total
- £40,000
- deposit recorded as paid
- £12,000
- balance on the supplier's invoice
- £28,000
- units on the inspection paper
- 9,750
What VERIQAY says
Review neededReview required. Confirm what 9,750 counts, and whether the remaining £28,000 is ready for a person to consider.
What it will never do
- Tell you the correct payment is £27,300
- Hold back £700 on its own
- Treat an inspection count as units received
- Call the supplier a fraud
- Approve the payment for you

Why VERIQAY
Built for the supplier-purchase review.

Boundaries
The things we will never do are the product.
Never moves money
VERIQAY prepares evidence for a human decision. It never moves, holds, or initiates money.
No score, no green light
Nothing rates a supplier or a payment with a single number, and there is no all-clear. Each reason for doubt stays visible on its own.
People decide
Software can surface what the papers say. It never classifies a discrepancy as fraud or approves a payment.
Records you can't quietly edit
Decisions are append-only. New evidence marks an old decision as stale rather than rewriting it.
Your data stays yours
Every record is scoped to your organisation. Another organisation's data simply does not exist for you.
Originals kept private
Documents sit in private storage and open only through short-lived links after an access check.
Free to use
Use VERIQAY free.
Create an organisation, bring the papers in, and record named decisions. Access stays free for now. For the first twelve weeks we ask a short weekly product-feedback questionnaire; you can also send free-text feedback anytime.
